Mr. Cillo is the co-founder and CEO of The World Realty Group.  Mr. Cillo oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for procuring new business initiatives as well as maintaining the unyielding dedication to customer service and the overall success of the firm.

 

Prior to forming TWRG, Mr. Cillo worked for almost 10 years at Broadway Management Company, Inc., a premier real estate management and development firm in Lower Manhattan.  Mr. Cillo served simultaneously as the Director of Residential Property Management and Project Manager.  Mr. Cillo was responsible for the leasing, sales and management of all residential properties owned or developed by the firm; a portfolio consisting of more than 1500 units in New York City.  Mr. Cillo assisted in the supervision of all aspects of construction, development, and renovation of approximately 1 million square feet of new luxury residential properties.  Additionally, Mr. Cillo participated in securing more than $200 million in financing for purchase, construction, and refinancing of the firm’s properties. 

 

Mr. Cillo graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in 2001 with a B.S. in Finance, and then continued his education at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University where he earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Board of Realtors, The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors.
