Mr. Rohinsky is the President and co-founder of The World Realty Group based in Monsey, NY.  He is a true entrepreneur and has owned and operated many successful business ventures throughout his professional career.  Most notably was his first business venture, a very successful plumbing business, which he began at the early age of twenty-four.  World Plumbing and Heating Co. served the residents of Connecticut for 14 years.  In 1966, he sold his plumbing business and began a new career in real estate development, investments and brokerage.  He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since that time.

 

Some of Mr. Rohinsky’s vast real estate experience includes the development and ownership of the first privately owned office and retail center in downtown New Haven, CT, as well as a 500,000 sq. ft. industrial complex located in Branford CT and a shopping center in St. Petersburg Florida (known as the Azalea shopping center).  Additionally, he has built multiple single family homes and rehabilitated several mixed-use and multi-family properties. He has extensive experience in wetlands and riparian rights and environmental issues including oil spills and asbestos remediation.

 

Mr. Rohinsky is also President and CEO of the Lisa Beth Realty, Co., Inc. which specializes in the acquisition and management of multi-family properties. 

 

Mr. Rohinsky graduated with honors from the University of New Haven majoring in CPA Problems.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the National Board of Realtors, The New Haven Board of Realtors and The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.  

 

Mr. Rohinsky’s community involvement has included serving on the boards of the New Haven Jewish Community Center, The New Haven Hebrew Day School, The Westville Synagogue (New Haven, CT), Chairman of The Board of Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim New Haven (The Torah Academy of New Haven) and serving on the board of Congregation Bais Torah in Monsey, NY.
